Legal

Terms of service

These terms cover your use of JamBots, a hosted AI bot service run by Sanford Labs LLC. By creating an account you agree to them. You own your content and are responsible for what your bots do with the approvals you give. We run the service with care but provide it as is.

Updated

Who we are

JamBots is operated by Sanford Labs LLC, a single-member Michigan limited liability company. "We" and "us" in these terms mean Sanford Labs LLC.

Your account

You need a verified email address to use JamBots. Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in the workspaces you own.

Your content and your bots

You own what you put into JamBots. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service. A bot acts on your instructions and on the approvals you give. You are responsible for the actions you approve.

Model providers

When you bring your own key, your use of that model is also governed by the provider's terms, and the provider bills you directly.

Acceptable use

Do not use JamBots to break the law, to harm others, to get around another service's security, or to send spam. We may suspend workspaces that do.

Paid plans

Plan prices are listed on the pricing page. Usage beyond a plan's allowance is billed up to the spend cap you set.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
